This policy describes the information we collect and/or process to support our mobile applications, web applications and other products and features offered by Greinchville Solutions LLC.

 

The kinds of information we collect

  1. We collect the content, communications and other information you provide when you use our Products, including account sign up information, create or share content, and message or communicate with others. This can include information such as metadata, GPS location, date.
  2. Certain information are optional and you may choose not to provide them
  3. Information about the pages and modules visited, time spent in applications and modules visited, accounts,activites and groups you are connected to and how you interact with them across our Products.
  4. Information about the types of content you view or engage with; the features you use; the actions you take; the people or accounts you interact with; and the time, frequency and duration of your activities.
  5. Information about the products listed, viewed or visited and transactions you make. We do not store your billing or credit card information. All billings are done on PayPal and Stripe. You agree that you are subject to their privacy policy whenever payment is made on any of our platforms.
  6. Information and communication that other people provide when they communication with you

Information about your device, its attributes and operations such as the operating system, hardware and software versions, battery level, signal strength, available storage space, browser type, app and file names and types, plugins, unique identifiers, device IDs, and other identifiers, such as from games, apps or accounts you use, camera or photos
  8. Information about your mobile operator or ISP, language, time zone, mobile phone number, IP address, connection speed.
  9. Data from cookies stored on your device, including cookie IDs and settings
  10. TrackMyKidz is not designed to be monetized by sharing your data with advertising partners. We will not share your data with any third-party company except for internal related analysis to better provide services to our users.

 

 

How we use the information we collect

  1. Information about your activities on our platforms is used to provide a more tailored and consistent experience.
  2. Location-related information, such as your current location, where you live, the places you like to go, and the businesses and people you’re near to provide, personalize and improve our Products.
  3. Information we develop will be used to test and improve our Platforms, Products and Services
  4. Information we have about you may be used to support law enforcement investigations to the extent permissible by law.

  1. We may work globally with third-party partners who help us provide and improve our platforms, products and services to grow our business

How we respond to legal requests about your information

We access, preserve and share your information with regulators, law enforcement or others in response to a legal request if we have a good faith belief that the law requires us to do so or that it is necessary to do so.

 

 

 

Data Retention

Removal of account is provided to our users on our mobile apps settings module. Removal of account deletes user account and cannot be reactivated. Such user will be required to register as a new user. However, for removed accounts, we reserve the rights to archive your data for a period of 36 months, starting from the month of account removal. Your data will not be available or accessible to the public during the archive period. All data will be deleted at the end of the archive period.

 

 

 

 

California Online Privacy Protection Act

CalOPPA is the first state law in the nation to require commercial websites and online services to post a privacy policy. COPPA (Children Online Privacy Protection Act)

When it comes to the collection of personal information from children under the age of 13 years old, the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) puts parents in control. The Federal Trade Commission, United States’ consumer protection agency, enforces the COPPA Rule, which spells out what operators of websites and online services must do to protect children’s privacy and safety online.

We do not specifically market to children under the age of 13 years old.

Fair Information Practices

The Fair Information Practices Principles form the backbone of privacy law in the United States and the concepts they include have played a significant role in the development of data protection laws around the globe. Understanding the Fair Information Practice Principles and how they should be implemented is critical to comply with the various privacy laws that protect personal information.

In order to be in line with Fair Information Practices we will take the following responsive action, should a data breach occur:

We will notify the users via in-site notification

  • Within 3 business days

We also agree to the Individual Redress Principle which requires that individuals have the right to legally pursue enforceable rights against data collectors and processors who fail to adhere to the law. This principle requires not only that individuals have enforceable rights against data users, but also that individuals have recourse to courts or government agencies to investigate and/or prosecute non-compliance by data processors.

 

 

Law Enforcement

This privacy policy does not supersede the corporation with law enforcement when the law requires it. We will release information and/or work with law enforcement when it is appropriate to comply with the law.

 

 

CAN SPAM Act

The CAN-SPAM Act is a law that sets the rules for commercial email, establishes requirements for commercial messages, gives recipients the right to have emails stopped from being sent to them, and spells out tough penalties for violations.

We collect your email address in order to:
