Yes. TrackMyKidz will give parents the ability to know their kid’s whereabouts in realtime at all times. This ability to have access at all times is only for parents. For those who are not parents, e.g. Chaperones and instructors, access will only be given during an activity that concerns them, for instance, a field trip or sports outing or camping trip. However, even during such activities, parent are able to block such access to instructors and chaperones if they so choose to.

By default, TrackMyKidz does not store any child’s location. We utilize Google Maps API and all data resides with Google. However, for parents who opt to track their child’s history, we ping your child’s location every 15 minutes and store the longitude and latitude information in our data base for such parents to access. We at TrackMyKidz do not see this data. It is not one of the data seen on our admin user interface. Only the parent sees it.

Only those individuals you permit are able to see your child. Instructors/chaperones are able to see your child during activities only. Access is automatically blocked once activity is ended. And while an activity is going one, a parent can decide who see their child and even block access to anyone and everyone

All access is blocked once an activity is over. No one is able to see your child except you.

Yes. Parents are given the ability to control who sees their child. Parents can do that in dependant’s information module in app settings

We do not store location history by default. A parent who wishes to access their child’s location history will have to turn it on in dependant’s information module in settings. TrackMyKidz will not store a continuous stream of location data but a location data every 15 mins

Yes you can still use TrackMyKidz even if your child’s school is not subscribed to our services. Parents can create activity schedule to help them with keeping track of their child’s activities even if their child’s school or organization that provides extra-curricular activities doesn’t subscribe to our services

Yes you can. It helps you as a parent to keep track of your child’s activities if used as a scheduler. Also, it is important to note that your child can piggyback on the chaperone or instructor. This way, parents can indirectly keep track on their child if they are in a group with a chaperone or instructor

Very easy and free to subscribe. Simply click on the School/Organization Login button on our home page and fill out the brief form to subscribe

Yes you can use TrackMyKidz for all activities, in-school or out-school. It makes it easier when such schools or organizations are subscribed to our services to easy syncing of information

Yes. TrackMyKidz is not restricted to school use. Organizations that provide extra-curricular activities for kids are welcome to subscribe for free

Share your reference ID found in your app settings with your partner. They can scan the QR code or manually type it in when he/she is prompted import child’s/children’s profile. Pls note that scanning a parent’s reference code will import all the children at once. If you do not wish to import all the children from your partner’s profile, you will have to scan each child’s reference code one at a time.

Only share the reference ID for that particular child with your partner. That way, your partner only gets to import only that child’s profile and not for the other children you have in your profile

The daily sacrifice that teacher put into educating our kids is worth appreciating. We have designed TrackMyKidz such that  parents are able to use it for both on-campus and off-campus activities/events beyond what a school or an instructor would normally need. We do not sell subscriber data and the only way to sustain TrackMyKidz is to have subscribers pay a small token in exchange for the value they’ll derive from using TrackMyKidz

As time goes on, we will introduce wearable devices for all ages. That way, parents won’t beed a smartphone for their kids in order to know their whereabouts
